The house provides distant ocean views from both levels and wonderful wetland views, where you will see deer, all sorts of birds and an occasional raccoon. 

The Ideal Layout...

The main floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, there is a separate reading room off of the main bedroom which also has a slider out to the ocean view deck. Also you will find a full bath with tub and shower, full kitchen with another slider to the deck, separate dining area and cozy living room with a free standing wood stove.  On the lower level of the home you will find another bedroom/sleeping area with a full bath off from it with shower only, and a small family room with a double futon.  There is a washer/dryer located on this level also.  An outside entry door leads to the lower deck where the large 6 person hot tub is located.   Both levels  provide TV/DVD systems.  There is a single carport and a private courtyard for relaxing in the sun away from the wind.  A short walk to the beach access provides miles of sandy beach for exploring.
